Modernisation For A Renovated House

A client asked us to modernise their property. We removed the ceilings upstairs and made it into a vaulted ceiling with new Velux windows installed. We fully insulated the roof and followed this by rewiring the whole house.

For the front, we built in our workshop, some new hardwood windows and cut into the stone wall to create openings for them to be placed in.

We then plastered the whole house from top to bottom and completed a few window repairs whilst on site.

Finally, we fitted a kitchen with new flooring to give this a modern clean look ready for the client to move in.
